In ART therapy, eye movements are used to keep you relaxed enough to recall the core issue behind your struggle so your brain can do the work of resolving it. With my support, you are in the director’s chair to create a new postitive or neutral image in place of the negative image that keeps you stuck. You do not need to discuss any details of your experience for ART to work.
You can learn more about my ART approach here.

My practice specializes in working with complex experiences such as trauma, dissociation, and neurodivergence. Therapy moves at a pace that prioritizes safety and understanding rather than pressure.

Yes. My practice uses a neurodivergent-affirming approach that respects autism and ADHD as natural variations in how brains work. Therapy focuses on reducing shame, understanding masking and burnout, and developing strategies that support your nervous system.
